How to submit your news:
• News items and press releases should be sent in an email to the editor at kwillturley.com as either an MS Word document attachment saved as text only, or pasted directly into your email message screen. Be sure to include who, what, when, where and why in the submission, preferably written in the third person unless it is a first person letter to the editor or guest column.
• Please send photo captions identifying all subjects in your image(s) from left to right. We need first and last name, hometown, title, if applicable, and a brief description of what subjects are doing in the photo.
• Email uncorrected, raw, RGB color digital photos at highest resolution directly off your camera, or sized at least 20 inches wide at 72 resolution, 10 inches wide at 200 resolution. They may be emailed as attachments to email@example.com.
• Publicity chairpersons are encouraged to send in news about upcoming fundraising or other calendar events at least three weeks before they take place. We will respond to all email messages received.
